Ingredients:

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

3/4 cup unsweetened soy OR almond milk

6 oz non-fat plain Greek yogurt

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Directions:

Place all ingredients together in blender and blend until smooth consistency. Pour contents of blender into four separate popsicle holders. Freeze over night and enjoy!
