While our small group classes are designed to meet the majority of our community’s needs, achieving specific individual goals requires a slightly different route. In order to maximize your training, recovery, and time, Individual Programming may be the next step to consider in your training.
If you’re an athlete who is comfortable working on your own and are looking to further focus you training, refine your weaknesses, or rehab an injury, Individual Programming may be the perfect option for you.
Individual programming will begin with a kick-off meeting with your coach to develop a thorough understanding of your goals and desired achievements. After training history is collected, your coach will then discuss with you your movement patterns, range of motion, strength levels, structural balance and limitations. Your coach will also work with you to prioritize your goals and how they can fit within your current regimen and schedule. This information will lay the groundwork for developing your training program.
