Eric Siegel - Head Coach
I found CrossFit after playing NCAA Division III soccer and dabbling in recreational running. CrossFit has allowed me to pursue my passion for fitness on a daily basis and has helped me to reach some life long goals, such as running marathons, as well as other achievements I couldn’t have dreamed of, like competing in the CrossFit Games and national level Weightlifting meets.
It is my pleasure to share my love for human movement working with and learning from individuals of all abilities and ages.

Adrienne Itri - Coach
I grew up in Braintree, MA where I attended and played basketball, field hockey, and lacrosse for Braintree High School. Following high school, I went on to play lacrosse at the collegiate level and later began coaching the sports I grew up loving. From varsity women’s lacrosse, to youth basketball, coaching became a passion of mine.
The skills and tools I have acquired over my athletic and coaching career have made for a smooth transition into doing and teaching CrossFit.
I discovered CrossFit after a friend had asked me to try out a class at CrossFit 781. I was instantly hooked. The intensity, and the competitiveness of the sport was alluring, and I wanted in. Over my CrossFit career I have not only lost weight and improved my level of fitness, but I have gained self-confidence I never knew I had.
The knowledge I’ve obtained in regards to functional fitness and nutrition is something that I am very excited and passionate about sharing. I look forward to helping others reach their fitness goals, and to continue to becoming more educated on the different areas of CrossFit.

I joined CrossFit 781 back in November 2012 and from day 1 my passion for it has only gotten bigger every single year. I only wish that I had discovered CrossFit sooner. Before CrossFit I would mainly stick to the elliptical, an occasional Bootcamp and Zumba…. Yes, Zumba 😊
I received my Bachelor’s in HR from Bridgewater State University and Masters in Business Management from Eastern Nazarene College and have worked mostly in Financial Services jobs; but my interest in Health and Fitness has kept growing. In addition to spending so much more time at 781 in my new role as Office Manager, I received my CrossFit Level 1 this past June.
My passion (or obsession?) for CrossFit is matched only by my passion for animals, tattoos and country music, and I will travel for any great concert.
Alison - Coach
Ali has been coaching adults, teens and kids since 1996. She started out coaching in large, general purpose fitness facilities, as well as teaching group exercise. She focused on training endurance athletes-marathoners/triathletes/rowers, and was a competitive triathlete herself. While training for age group nationals in 2010, she was introduced to CrossFit781 as a way to supplement her training. Her years of repetitive stress of swimming, cycling and running had taken a toll and she was looking for a way to help avoid more injury. After only 6 months of CrossFit781 training, Ali ended up with her best season finish as well as zero injuries. She became hooked on CrossFit modalities and incorporated more CrossFit style training in her own strength and conditioning style coaching. Within a year, in 2011, Ali obtained her Level 1 Coaching Certification and began coaching CrossFit in addition to her other coaching. In addition to coaching CrossFit classes, Ali specializes in preparing middle school and high school athletes for the demands of their sport utilizing the methodology of CrossFit Kids as well as Strength and Conditioning. When Ali is not coaching at 781, she can be found coaching lacrosse at Notre Dame Academy in Hingham, coaching lacrosse for Laxachusetts Girls Lacrosse and coaching classes at Orangetheory Fitness.
