Accountability is key to consistency, and consistency is key to reaching your goals.
At CrossFit 781 we have a plan and process to hold you accountable, so you can be consistent, and reach your goals.
Here’s how my gym keeps you accountable:
1) You use a reservation system to sign up in advance for classes.
This sets aside specific slots to workout on your calendar. All you have to do is stick to them like your other important commitments, and show up.
2) You track your workouts through an app.
Your workout results provide tangible evidence of your hard work, keep you motivated, and allow opportunities to assess and adjust. Every workout you record is an act of self accountability and an opportunity to build forward momentum.
3) You have regularly scheduled meetings to talk about your progress, struggles, and goals.
One-on-one meetings with a coach give you an expert source of external accountability. This is an opportunity to reflect on what’s going well, as well as what can be improved, to reach your goals, and receive guidance to keep you moving in the right direction.
4) You have regularly scheduled InBody scans.
This is another way you can see your results! More than just weight, the InBody will show you the muscle you’re building and fat you’re burning.
5) Your coaches, classmates, and community notice when you’re not here and we miss you.
The good kind of peer pressure. Working out with friends is more fun! And when you’re a part of a fitness community your workout is for more than just you. We’re all in it together! Supporting and driving each other’s success.
6) I run a report every week and reach out if you haven’t been here.
If you haven’t been in for a workout in the last seven days, I’m going to reach out. The most important thing you can do for yourself is consistently show up. I’ll hold you accountable to get here. Once you’re here, you’ll have expert coaching, a friendly community, and customized workouts, so the results take care of themselves.
