Have you had a gym membership before? Serious question. I mean a membership to what you probably think of as a “regular” gym. One of those gigantic places with row after row of machines, and no one around to show you how to use them, or give you direction towards your goals.
We asked members of our community what they liked least about joining a gym. Lack of guidance was a top response.
CrossFit 781 is a different kind of gym. You start out working directly with a coach, all of your workouts are planned for you, and you have a coach guiding you every step of the way. Here, you will be coached one-on-one, in groups, in goal setting meetings, and on your nutrition. All with unlimited access to ask questions about anything health and fitness related anytime.
Recently a new member of our community, Will, had a tooth pulled, and was instructed by his doctor not to lift heavy weights, run, or elevate his blood pressure for the next 5 days. Will wanted to keep his momentum going, not sit out for 5 days.
If he was at a big “regular” gym he’d be left to try and figure it out for himself, or do nothing at all.
Here’s how it works at our gym: Will texted me, and I gave him an individualized plan to adjust the upcoming workouts. I also reached out to the other coaches who will be leading his sessions, so they know what’s going on too.
Everything we do can be modified to meet you at your current fitness level, and where you’re at on any given day.
