Group fitness classes are an incredible value. Here at CrossFit 781 all of our classes are instructor led, and, from the warm up through the cool down, every exercise is reviewed. In a group class you receive individualized attention, similar to personal training, at a fraction of the cost. There’s also the added benefit of classmates for motivation, inspiration, and camaraderie.

If you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always gotten. You need to lift a little more weight, do a few more reps, and try something new to break through and see results. In a class setting, with expert coaches and an encouraging community, you’re more likely to push yourself. Working out in an environment where you’re comfortable challenging yourself will get you better results, faster.
