Our schedule is flexible, with classes in the morning, evening, midday, and weekends to fit your busy life. 

We use an app for you to sign up in advance for classes. This helps you commit to showing up. You know we’ll be here, excited to see you! Once you book your class times, treat them like other important appointments, and block out the time in your calendar

Our scheduling app can be synched with your Google, Apple, or other digital calendar, so your classes automatically appear. This makes it easier for you to reserve time for your workouts, and show up!

If you’re looking for added scheduling flexibility, and accountability, to help you be consistent and get results, we have personal training too! Personal training is 100% individualized. From the schedule, to the workouts tailored to your specific goals.

I’ve been working with a couple of folks, Kate and Brian, that recently made the switch to personal training to help them be more consistent. Kate is training for long running races, and Brian’s a firefighter who is getting married later this year. 

Their goals are different, so their workouts are different. One trains for 30 minutes each session in the evening, the other for 60 minutes in the morning. Both have made it to every session we’ve scheduled. Kate noted that the one-on-one setting is an actual important appointment, so she feels better about putting a hard stop on her workday to make it.
