When will I see results?

The other day I met with a couple members of our community who are at different points in their fitness journeys.

Jen had been working out with us for a little over six weeks. She feels fitter and stronger physically, and is also noticing the benefits for her mental health. Ramon started with us back in January. Over a ten month period he transformed himself and lost 31.3 lbs. He achieved his goal to bring his body weight below 200 lbs., and his body fat percentage is now within the healthy range, under 25%. Ramon also feels stronger, and it shows in his performance! He has his sights set on reaching milestones like squatting more than his bodyweight and deadlifting more than 1.5 times his bodyweight. Ramon’s total transformation supports his main goal, keeping up with his new daughter, Isabella.
