ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING IS AN EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT WAY TO ACHIEVE YOUR INDIVIDUAL GOALS AND GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR TIME IN OUR FACILITY.
Within personal training, your coach will work with you to:
- Identify and clarify your goals related to health, fitness and/or sport
- Conduct a functional movement assessment
- Design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths
- Design a mobility and/or recovery program tailored to you and your need
Personal training is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health/orthopedic limitations or just prefer the additional attention and accountability. We offer several different personal training packages based on the length of time and number of days per week you are willing to commit to our program.
Private Group Coaching is also offered at 781 for groups of 2-3 individuals. This is a great option if you and one or two of your friends/peers have specific training objectives, are training for a specific event or simply would like more individual attention than is offered in our group classes. Plus, the cost is cut in half since you’re splitting it with a few others.
