In either case, be sure to read the label to avoid excessive added sweeteners.
Whether beef, turkey, pork, or any number of other options, jerky is a protein-packed snack that requires no refrigeration. It’s perfect for satisfying your savory cravings. There are lots of sugar-free options available. Be sure to get one of those if you’re going to try jerky as part of your snack rotation.
Eggs are a nutritional powerhouse. Hard-boiled eggs are easy to prep and pack. Make a bunch at once while you multitask, and you’ll have a snack option for the next several days. Although they require refrigeration, eggs offer a complete source of protein and essential amino acids, making them an egg-cellent choice.
