Start Your Fitness Journey on the Right Foot

In August of 2022 Barsha started working out with us. She had plateaued with home workouts, and wanted to get stronger. CrossFit seemed like a good choice, however Barsha was somewhat skeptical.

Barsha began working one-on-one with a coach to learn the basics, and help her get the most out of group CrossFit classes. From there, she progressed to group classes. After the first couple of months, when we met to check in, Barsha had surprised herself with her capability. And even better than that, she liked it! She went from hesitant about beginning, to looking forward to daily CrossFit classes.

Fast forward to today, and Barsha is still making progress. She’s here almost every day, lifting heavier weights, improving body weight skills, and completing workouts with little to no modification. Barsha has a successful, sustainable fitness routine, because she started with a goal in mind, sought guidance from a coach, has built gradually over time, and been incredibly consistent. We’re very proud of Barsha!
